Title: is it posible to change a normal registed name into a delegate ?

hi all
if i have a registred name
and its not registred as a delegate
is it posilbe to change it into a delegate ?
or would one have to register a new name ?

in console type "help wallet_account_update_registration".  To register as a delegate you set the "delegate pay rate" to something between 0 and 100
