Put this in the investing reddits, http://www.reddit.com/search?q=investing .
Also what do we measure the gross dividend rate across all stocks in the US or world, or the capital appreciation of the shares or both the total value increase and then we jig how much it is in terms of a persons income they spend on stocks (the CPI percentage)?
And tie in how crypto currency would be in a basket of that persons investment CPI percentage, if thats the way your thinking.

Good article. The CPI is right up there with 'core inflation'. That's the fiction that food and energy prices don't matter to average people. So the government created 'core inflation' by removing these measures, which makes us think actual inflation is lower than it really is.
