Service has been unreliable for the last few days... withdrawal, deposit has not been working, unless you request them for manual process  :(

deposit and withdrawal works for me.
what really annoys me is the lag of the trading engine.

The trading mechanism is also odd. There is a sudden drop to a very low price and seems no real deal (or only very small amount of deal is made). For example, according to their trading chart, it said there is a trading of PTS/BTC as low as 0.000001 (on 31 Dec, 12:00-15:59, go check yourselves). But even I have a buy order at 0.001, my order was not filled at all. I really don't know how their trading program works. Or it is some kind of tricks.
