Aehm .. you can't ... for DevShares you have a different wallet/client (you need to compile by hand)

there have been plans to 'airdrop' on devshares with same future hardforks for BTS .. but afaik those plans died with "DevShares have value" ..

Are you asking how to import private keys from BTS into DVS?

There is a "wallet_import_keys_from_json" command that can be used.
