Title: Did my client fork?

Severe network problems, delegate participation rate below 60% My wallet is working fine, but this error mssg is present. I am on the latest client v0.4.27.2

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try upgrade to 0.5.0 or 0.5.1, it's a hardfork.
