Title: Dividend Support Site and Bot

Since dividend function is not supported in BTS platform yet, providing this function can be good for many people especially who want to or are operating companies.

Here are my short description about this:

1. Dividend supporting site generates a snapshot of UIAs if UIA issuers ask via memo or etc.
2. The site can filter some addresses, e.g. by minimum amount
3. The site can calculate the estimated fee to distribute dividend (it depends on the type of fund, UIA, BitAsset, or BTS)
4. Once the total amount of dividend and fees are calculated, the site shows Send Now button.
5. When we click the button, we can send dividend including fees to the dividend bot.
6. The dividend bot receives the fund and redistribute to addresses in the snapshot (it can be filtered)

would it not be possible to create dividend payments if we can do escrow payment to ourselfs like voting?

1. create a escrow transaction "shentist pays 100.000 Apple shares to shentist via escrow agent"
2. escrow agent is in charge of paying dividends and will send later the dividends to shentist

the only point we have to solve is doublespending of already claimed shares
