Title: Can you upload data on the blockchain?

You my have seen where people have their cellphones and flash drives searched at the airport. Personally, i dont want to store my wallet file on google, encrypted or not.

Does anyone know of a good way to store this kind of sensitive data when traveling across boarders?

I think decentralized storage can be solved a lot easier just by publishing bittorrent trackers on the blockchain, and then incentivizing nodes to host said data.
i.e. pay for renting HDD space and serving the content.

I'd much rather use Warp Wallet https://keybase.io/warp.
