Title: about delegate voting

i saw many delegates was shutdown those server,but they are still on list and save the vote.
so can make a function?
  - cleanup the undelegates vote when they server shutdown , and make out user focus " you must be voting orthers" :-\ :-\

Latest release doesnt upgrade i had to delete folder and replay chain so many wont notice for a few days they r on a fork

you're not on a fork as long as participation is >51%
The main fork has roughly 80% participation ..

The main fork has roughly 80% participation ..

Seems to be same issue with about 20% of delegates and BM had it too he deleted his data dir and it fixed it... I think it fixed it for me too
