Is there a "helpdesk" is you have problems with your wallet?
If i log in, the wallets synchronize, but after 3 seconds i ve got the message 'not connected'
So i can't get to my bitshares

this forum is kind of the support channel at the moment ..
What version do you have installed? You need the latest 0.8.* version to be able to connect properly.
Also, depending on your network setup, it might take a few minutes for your client to connect to an available peer.

the 0.8.0 wallet won't sync, can somebody tell me how can I use my wallet?
I have restart several times. It just alert: serious web connect problem,and some of my balance do not show up.

I uninstall the wallet,and delet all the data, then re-install the 0.8.0 wallet, and important wallet account. It seems work fine now.
by the way, there is no obvious entrance to download the 0.8.1 version. It is 0.8.0 at bitshares.org

The only difference between .1 and .0 .. are marginal and only concerned delegates afair ..
Good to see you client working now .. btw .. the webwallet at wallet.bitshares.org is getting better and better .. market orders soon
