Title: ESMA Call for evidence about investments using distributed ledger technology

From skimming this paper, it seems to discuss a lot of different centralized investment schemes based on digital currency.

Maybe they would be interested in the use cases BitShares enables by putting orderbooks on the exchange, bitasset stablecoins,  & KYC / AML  compliance features.
