Qora (or rather one guy, agran) quietly rolled out a bare bones decentralized blogging service (http://qora.co.in/?blog) the other day, on the Qora (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1015379) blockchain.
It started as an ad service, became a community microblogging service and now a blogging service using arbitrary transactions. All fees go to the forgers (as it exist now).
(pardon the bad ascii art, i'm playing around with it seeing what we can/can't do. it now has a preview window, yay)
