Title: cannot use delegate state?

I set a delegate slate and publish it
and I vote by "as my delegates recommended" , does it use the slate the delegate publish ,?

you have to approve your delegate (that has the slate you published), then you will vote as delegates recommend

accounts own a list of approved delegates
delegates can pubilsh their account's list of approved delegates as a slate
anyone that approves a delegate with a published slate and has "as my delegates recommend" will vote for the slate
