Title: Why does no one use Forum Chat?

I just logged into https://bitsharestalk.org/chat/ and it's empty. Seems like a pretty slick web based chat page. I'll keep a tab open to it in the hopes that more people join in. Between Skype and Slack there's a lot of chat going on but this seems like a place new users may check out and ask questions.
