Title: Delegate Resignations - Please Down Vote, Remove From Slates etc...

Unfortunately I  no longer have the time or money to run the following 3% delegates:

delegate1-galt
delegate1.john-galt

I  will shut them down by the end of next week or sooner if they are voted out sooner.

I appreciate the trust and opportunity Bytemaster gave me to be part of this experiment.  I will continue to follow the project and lurk around the forum.
