I banned a spambot, but it can still post on marketplace it seems. someone check this asap please

I'm not sure what permissions we care about. There is a section called allowed groups with these:

 Guests
Regular Members
Global Moderator
BitShares 2.0 - Community Support
Board Moderator
Helpdesk Administrator
Helpdesk Staff
Newbie
Jr. Member
Full Member
Sr. Member
Hero Member
