Title: Internal Exchange Network and Market Maker

I think the key of success for the internal exchange network is market making, especially between each exchange's IOU.
If anyone can easily get participated in market making with their own risks (but with profits too), this brings an active exchange network.

For this, can Bitshares 2.0 provide simple but powerful market-making software for laypeople? (e.g. .exe program for windows users. They surely CLI client simultaneously)
