"All funds are safe" eh?

Reminds me of when bter went down "for a security check".  The next day it was "We lost 7170 bitcoins".

Yeah.. I saw this tonight while processing payments for MineBitshares.

I wasn't able to withdraw the pools BTC from there.

Luckily the delegate funds are covering the balance for the payment. So everyone got paid what they should today regardless in bitUSD.

Hopefully whatever it is gets resolved by tomorrow.

ugh, i've been slowly withdrawing funds from cryptsy for the last few months...nothing against them until now, just don't like my assets in the hands of a single third party that can be targeted. right now i'm wishing my previous withdrawal ops were faster!

Well thats good news.

I don't know the details yet.. but I am going to take a guess that they got affected by the forking and once things started to look strange they put everything on hold until they could figure it all out.

Yup, any hint that anything is at all wrong, and you should withdraw everything.

I didn't see any problem with my balances.. though a handful of auto trade coins didn't get traded like they should have and had to process them manually. Otherwise it all seemed fine.

Any ideas what happened? I think it was the fork.

yours is the best working theory i've heard...no clue otherwise. possible DDoS or attempted breach of the site? seemed a very active anon day with NYSE and United Airlines down.
