Yes, but only if you are OK with taking money from adulterers.

Just code it to send a blow up doll pattern to peoples' 3D printers. And they can wear their Oculus goggles or whatever.

It's hard to feel too bad for them.  If you're cheating on your wife and the group that is helping you do this turns out to be less than trustworthy, or incapable of protecting your anonymity, then you probably placed your trust in the wrong individual.  Just like your wife.
