目前我的理解是，3I使用邮件来做权益证明，而不是pts发出地址的签名来做权益证明。
pts发出地址可以用来查询你的ID是否中标。

所以楼主的问题，我看是不要紧的，发邮件和Stan沟通下，应该没问题。
