No .. it cant .. description and max supply can be changed as long as none have been issued afaik

The price of one share .. thats a good question .. i dont think it plays too much of a role .. if you price them at 1$ .. you need to sell 5k of them .. if the price was 10$ then you only nees 500 ..

In the end i cant really help you out here ... sorry
