Title: Establishing new DAC, Need technical help. Will pay per hour and shares :)

Hi  :)
I am working on few new web projects and thought to establish a DAC and issue shares. I have no idea where to start and so I am looking for someone with patient and deep understanding with ProtoShare and/or MasterCoin.
I need someone reliable and easy going to guid me through and especially help with technicalities, be available on Skype (optional) and make it happen.
I will pay per hour - please state your price.
I appreciate your time and efforts and will reward you for it.
My understanding in Crypto shares is close to zero so long complicated emails will not work. I need you to show me step by step what to do - or if you could do it for me its even better.

Hope to establish long term partnerships out of it but not a must.

Can you say some more about what exactly your DAC will do?
