Would Cryptonomex, Peertracks or any other team have any chance of attending it? It's the biggest start ups event. Would you be interested in going? Do you think anyone from the team could earn a spot there?
It would be held in Lisbon, Portugal. Would love you to come here, would have the chance to possibly meet someone after all this time. Also, we seem to have a growing start up culture here but we have nothing crypto related, only a company who does Btc ATMs.
All the big ones go there, would be an awesome opportunity.

I think you would have to apply for Alpha and try to get in, otherwise it seems too expensive. I'm basing on this year's prices in Dublin and also sales seem to end in 2 days so prices may be higher because of that.

I saw it on today's news and it was announced as the biggest startup event in the world, dunno about the veracity of that but if it's true, it would be awesome to have a presence there. Plus Lisbon has one of the best nights to go out and have a drink at a few bars :P

I did the app and interview and got CNX approved for web summit. I am also bringing two other companies there, including another bitshares project I have not announced yet. Stay tuned. I will be in Dublin with some of the other CNX team

I understand. Will ethereum be present as well or will it be a BitShares only thing? Because that would be extremely beneficial to us, being the only ones getting all the attention

Not as far as I know, it should only be a bit shares crypto nomics thing not as far as I know, it should only be a bitshares cnx thing

Should be a great event. As a student (many moons ago), I spent a summer at Trinity College. A good day in Dublin ends in a pub -- great for speeding up any new friendships or business deals. If you have time to make it to the original Guinness Brewery, the best pint is definitely at St. James' Gate.
