Because we very close to release, I think we should ask community to doublecheck genesis file based on the last test net genesis https://github.com/cryptonomex/graphene/releases/download/test6/oct5-genesis.json.zip or newer.

I see that not all keyhotee founders get's "is_lifetime_member": true, for example "ben", "benjojomojo", etc, list of all keyhotee founders:  https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares/blob/master/libraries/blockchain/genesis_bts.json

All keyhotee founders and 1.0 delegates should become lifetime members in 2.0 genesis right? Or we have some additional exceptions?

List of genesis accounts sorted alphabeticaly, I think it's should be sorted by ID from BitShares 1.0 so we will keep registration order as part of our history.

no. lifetime has nothing to do with keyhotee, but with affiliates / referrals

you're right... there are some names missing from http://faucet.bitshares.org/refscoreboard

fav (fav-marketing) is not lifetime for example.

It will require manual editing to add the referral memberships  and/or Keyhotee founders.

Why? If we already have all Keyhotee founders at genesis block at 1.0 and they can be distinguished by registration time stamp.
And we have them here: https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares/blob/master/libraries/blockchain/genesis_bts.json

About referral memberships I agree it's will requires manual edition which is not good.
