Title: Change payrate up/Remove Delegate

Hello,

I thought I would try out the delegate system and something went wrong when entering in the pay rate.  I entered in 50% but somehow it was set to 1%.  I have looked all through the wiki and tried the wallet_account_update_registration command to fix it but it's still 1%

Once a pay is set is it not possible to raise it's pay?

Also if I wish to remove a delegate is it possible to do so or should I essentially consider the coins burned like one would do with a masternode?

The BitShares 1.0 blockchain will be upgraded to BitShares 2.0 which will have witnesses and workers separated from delegate .. please read the official webpage

Does worker need to run a vps? Or only witness need to do it?
