Title: Testnet users/witnesses: Please publish your WS urls

Hello,

The websocket at graphene.bitshares.org often crashes and the frontend has an option since yesterday to switch to a new one, but there's no list of public available websockets.

Please post your public websocket for testnet so it can be included in this dropdown.

someone able to write a plugin for a DNS server for a round robin database of public witness nodes?
