Limited one claim per ID/IP, but you can participate both I and II giveaway. Promote first, then post about it.
Here are some typical payouts:
- Writing a post introducing DAC on any heavily trafficed forum/blog/social media: 0.15 PTS. example: a post in http://www.reddit.com/r/BitShares
- Multiple posts in multiple places, showing a solid understanding of DAC: 0.3 PTS
- Above and beyond the call of duty, like making a whole website or blog: 0.5-2 PTS. example: Andhar's blog http://protosharesnorge.com. Bounty claimed websites are not eligible.
Posting in a spammy way will not get anything!

Well I did make a forum post here http://www.hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=3880847 on November 22nd trying to tell people about Keyhotee but no one really commented on my post. Don't understand why because it wasn't a LQ thread either...
You have to have an account on there I believe for you to read the thread. 53 people read the thread and one gave it a 5 star rating so maybe they just took the information I gave them and ran over here lol
