Hello everyone
We have planned to create an UIA called “BFCX” (Bitshares French ConneXion).
We are working on how to make it help growing the french community on BitShares, as well as growing funds to develop further this project.
We would use this UIA from our website www.bitsharesfcx.com in order to reward anybody that help us to grow the french community, through our forum or improving the actual content of the informative homepage.
As instance: writing an article (in french obv), translating an english one for us to add in our news section, make us some advertising on Facebook, twitter, other forums, participating actively in the forum, helping newbies, …
We plan to give our token an increasing value over time so that anyone owning some would be rewarded by keeping them.
We would really appreciate some feedback, reflexions, criticism… the concept being freshly created on our minds, once we explain it officially on our website and start giving them away, any change in our policy would be very negative on our image.
BFCX coin:
We start by investing 40 000 bts ourselves in our “token fund” so if we release 100 000 tokens their value will be 40 000 / 100 000 = 0.4 bts or 2.5 BFCX / 1 BTS
We could start to distribute them and create a permanent buy order in the DEX to buy back our token at 0.4 bts for anyone who doesn’t want to hold on to them.
Nice, they have value (gracefully offered by us) !
Now we want their value to keep growing. So we thought, the benefits from the referral program from our web site could go inside the “token fund”. We agreed that sharing the referral rewards generated by our website with the holders of our token was the best choice to make.
Every week, we can then look at how much bts we made thanks to the referral program and add those bts into the “token fund” allowing us to raise its price accordingly and change in the DEX the permanent buy order in BitShares’s DEX with the new higher price.
Great they had a value and now their value is growing.
What do we earn by doing all of that ? We share the referral income coming from our website while still allowing the value of the token to grow. Well, we are immensely altruistic …
but we also want to be able to benefit from the referral program and our tokens just as our growing community.
Actually the plan would be to redistribute the whole income in the token fund for a certain period of time, maybe one year. When this time arrive, if the community is still growing healthy, we would start keeping a share% (10 or 20%) of the benefits from the referral for us in order to refund what we already have paid for the web site until now, the future expenses and our time spent on the project.
We are not planning on getting rich with our website, we would rather like to grow an healthy community of BitShares-Aware french talking people. The 3 of us invested in BitShares and if our web site take off and we do have a cool income with the referral program, it would then mean that BitShares did take off too and we will be quite happy with the ROI we made on our investment and grateful to the community.
The main goal of our website and the french community we are trying to create is to keep us in touch with the BitShares ecosystem and contribute to its success. We will then have a foot in the crypto world, be aware of the latest news and have a community supporting us if one day we want to do more than just a website with a french forum.
We didn’t create the tokens yet but we are about to do so.
Anyone here bringing new ideas to our UIA project, constructive criticisms, interesting reflexions, … will be rewarded with our consideration, gratitude and …
… our tokens !!! ( as soon as we’ll have them created ;) )

Great plan! You should look at how OpenLedger plans to use/distribute their OLED token... it's a similar idea and clever approach. They will post more details about the program next week I believe.
