Title: I don't see all my account names on Dashoboard

In GUI windows I don't see today all my accounts. Any advice?

Try reloading the webwallet page.

I saw something similar and created an issue: https://github.com/cryptonomex/graphene/issues/380

You may want to check your export file and see if there is a missing key in there too.

This may have something to do with a missing owner_key for the account in the 0.9.3x wallet.

the thing is that up until yesterday i could see all my accounts. I even registered some new ones. Today I can only see few accounts and not even the ones with funds..I know i still have the funds though..

It happened to me too, and a few times.  A refresh/reload page solved it for me.
