Title: We can have "free" USD transfers

We just need a worker to fund the fee pool. can someone set one up?

If you can't set it to automatically fund the  fee pool, make it a multi sig account with trusted members.

I tried that, but the cli doesn't support creating workers yet.

Try the latest commit.  You can now create workers.

Could you explain this better? What's the fee pool, why would the USD transfers become free?
