Title: Buying Protoshares doesn't entitle me to future Invictus Shares ?
Post by: Giga on January 03, 2014, 10:30:28 pm
I read somewhere that if i buy protoshares from an exchange i don't get stuff like memory coin and angelshares and bitshares ?

So only those who mined protoshares actually get something in return ?

plz clarify thanks !

Just keep them in a wallet you control so the new shares belong to you and not the exchange.

As long as you move PTS to your wallet prior to launch of BitShares you are safe.

You can buy them and reap the awards of getting the other stuff but only if you make the effort to move the shares to the protoshares wallet. If you keep them on the exchange, your awards will be given to the exchange and they seem to overwhelmed to bother dealing with passing them on to the rightful owners. I lost out on the memorycoin 2 because my shares were on bter, and they haven't responded to a couple of emails I sent.
