but when i try to import keys using the walletfeature below, i get a white screen... and i need to close and reopen wallet...
but nothing to claim..
how to fix this issue?

What you can also try is get a list of all your private keys in you bitcoin wallet and put them in wif fornat in a new file .. one line per key ... use that file in the import keys tool

just download one of this two utilities
https://github.com/pointbiz/bitaddress.org
or
https://www.bitaddress.org/
and get you uncompressed 51bit, starting with "5" private key.
then import it in your MUSE wallet.
REMEMBER TO RUN THIS UTILITIES OFF LINE TO AVOID ANY RISK

I used Electrum Bitcoin wallet to send funds during the IPO. Electrum had an option to export private keys into a .csv file and I had no problem importing this into Muse.

Does this support importing PTS wallets?

No .. you will need to export your sharedropped private keys manually ...
or you install BitShares 0.9.3c and import your wallet.dat there (no need to sync the blockchain) .. once importeed you can export the keys in a proper format from theere

You're not some sock puppet account of mine that I've forgotten about and in my absence has had some anthropomorphic awakening ... are you?  :P

Sockpuppets are not a good fit for this currency.

WTF is a wif file?

wif = wallet import format, a style of key starting with 5

A text file with a collection of wif keys can be directly imported into bitshares 2.0.
