we would not mind that either, but had to work with what was given, then we will see what will be possible along the way.
We have afterall a Sharebot about to be introduced soon which will be able to handle dividend payouts as well.

I believe if you read the whole setup you will see it will be an automatic interest of both sell and buy wall. Anyone here will have the option to buy as a private presale off the blockchain, and price will be scaling upwards towards launch date on dec 1st.
There will be a natural buy and sell wall based on the structure, so I really dont see that as an issue.

great to hear a comment like that after an asset being on DEX for about a week ;) feel free to add liquidity yourself, I will help cover your costs of transaction fees, and as long as system does not allow bots to run on platform, and therer is no live API's, it is hard to be proactive, but I believe it is all a question of time and money of course.

Why is it bad, it will eventually create more awareness of BitShares 2.0 and OpenLedger, and add more interest to the platform. And it is anyways not 10 exchanges doing this in the same time, and we aim to reach the rest of the world with this, having a small mentioning this weekend in much media incl. Forbes in connection with the introduction of Sharebits Sharebot, and then on launch date worldwide again in Forbes and all crypto media.
Its all great marketing for BitShares 2.0, and is that not what everybody is longing for?

Yes but it's only a good thing if and only if it becomes equity. Will we get a guarantee that these tokens will in the future be redeemed for equity in the form of shares in these startups?
While Obits looks to be a good thing and crypto based profit sharing is good, at the same time we need legit equity outside of the obvious crypto exclusives. When will we see the first equity crowd fund?

Ronny, I think you should try to simplify your message a little bit.
I think that if you have visited OBITS website, and now you see this video you will know that the engagement and interest from the people we are inviting to join on our Blogges Club are in fact an upper layer of the revenue stream of OBITS.
An increasing amount of bloggers connected to OBITS and BTSR and their contribution in term of users signing up on OpenLedger, is eventually allowing an increase in total revenue on platform as well as revenue to OBITS. it is furthermore allowing the bloggers to create an extra income by the pay per click ads they accept to have on their website paid by or blog paid by BitTeaser as well as the rewards and benefits offered from OPenLedger and CCEDK as appreciation for their work bringing the news about OBITS, BTSR, BitTeaser, OpenLedger, BitShares etc all over the world. These bloggers are in future going to be a sort of ambassadors of the Conglomerate OpenLedger presently building on to separate ecosystems OBITS and BTSR but each with cross sections involving one with the other.
First goal is 500 bloggers spread all over the world, and already now we are covered in spanish speaking countries, malaysian, indonesian, japanese, chinese, german, US, canadian, french, italian, portuguese
second goal will be to get them all involved and ready to spread the word about OpenLedger and its connected assets
later on it will be the time to introduce the world to Blogger' Club 5 million with the 500 first as initiators and messengers, and it is not hard to imagine what impact this could do to the overall presence of OpenLedger globally as well as the daily acceptance and appreciation of crypto currencies in general, all leading back to OBITS as the ecosystem, BTSR as the advertising tech 2.0 network and other ecosystem, as well as other projects to come in near future and OpenLedger as the conglomerate of them all.
It is not easy to get it all, as many different aspects each carry value and each have their own special meaning to these projects, I do believe however that creating a ecosystem on the base of real people and their involvement wil get us very far and allow a constant inner growth making the the size of the ecosystem almost indefinte.
The sky is the limit, I think sums it up very nicely and the video is one way of telling this message, just as there are many different personalities involved there are as well many ways to tell he message of progress and innovation.

I didn't find any information/report about results of OBITS pre-sale. There is two reasons why I'm asking about this:
1. At the moment cyber•Fund's Team developing a periodical Cybernetic Economy Report (http://cyberep.cyber.fund/) and one of the sections devoted to fundraising.
2. OBITS project is listed at https://cyber.fund/system/Obits, and cyber•Fund strive to provide the most complete and accurate information about the blockchain systems and assets. Information about pre-sale will help investors to better understand history of OBITS asset. Also project with crowdsale information automatically added into the "Crowdsales" (https://cyber.fund/radar)
So it would be great to receive following information:
- Dates of the pre-sale
- Amount of raised funds
- Addresses which can prove receiving of the funds
- Amount of sold tokens
Also you can improve OBITS profile by adding information to https://github.com/cyberFund/chaingear/blob/gh-pages/sources/Obits/Obits.toml in according with rules described at https://github.com/cyberFund/chaingear

Not sure exactly how you get to that amount as the total amount used is not yet calculated. It is still done manually, an will only be done on April, and then Apil second OBITS will be bought back an burned. We hope in next month to have all necessary api connections to make automatic update on all revenue streams.

This month have shown that revenues from the various OPEN assets are still not strong enough to provide an increasing value on its own and without any added revenue from an ongoing ICO. The positive is however, that this added revenue will begin from Oct.3rd with the ICOO doing its first distribution. It is expected that ICOO will do this on the base of minimum 50 BTC, so already here there will be a good amount entering as 20% of designated revenues will be used for the payment of monthly dividends / or as buyback of OBITS and consequently burned.

Due to lots of requests from OBITS (http://OBITS) holders connected with the way the monthly share of revenues on OpenLedger (http://OpenLedger) and the potential of sharedropping of OBITS (a sort of dividend structure) is to be handled in future, we decided to offer all holders the option to vote and to find out: to cancel or not cancel the monthly buybacks & burn. OBITS holders are given the rights to decide what is the best way for OBITS.
You are to decide: are we going to use sharedropping (dividends style) (in this way all OBITS holders will receive a monthly payment in the form of sharedropping OBITS to your account), or not? Or are we going to use a combination of the two, meaning sharedropping and buyback/burn?
The present monthly buybacks&burns will be cancelled if we get more than 50% positive answers to our initiative.

I'm against sharedropping. Only a part of obits are currently sold by ccedk. So sharedropping give part of dividends to unsold obits. Direct burning affect only obits on the market so I strongly belive that sharedropping will destroy obits value.
And..., the main problem.whit Obits is that is listed only on the bitshares exchanges ( mainly openledger )
Sharedropping will qualify Obits more as a share than a Cryptocurrency, and there are problems to list shares on poloniex or other exchanges
That's I voted for BuyBack & Burn.

Dear OBITS holders,
Due to lots of requests from OBITS holders connected with the way the monthly share of revenues on OpenLedger and the potential of sharedropping of OBITS (a sort of dividend structure) is to be handled in future, we decided to offer all holders the option to vote and to find out: to cancel or not cancel the monthly buybacks & burn. OBITS holders are given the rights to decide what is the best way for OBITS.

New OBITS Voting initiative has begun. You are invited!

Dear OBITS Holder,
As we have some questions with previous voting initiative we decided to make more detailed description of options among which you are suggested to choose from.
Lets begin with general example. If OpenLedger monthly profits equal to 5,000,000 BTS, the usual 90% of profits in BTS and 10% in BTC equivalent are used.
The first option: buyback&burn. Nothing will change. Buyback and burn will be held every month as we did it before. OBITS will be bought for the amount of 4,500,000 BTS and BTC (bought for 500,000 BTS on the market). All bought back OBITS will be burned.
The second option: sharedropping. OpenLedger DC overall profits will be sharedropped among OBITS holders. We use the same numbers from example. If somebody owns 10% of all OBITS he will get 450,000 BTS and sum of BTC equal to 50,000 BTS (sum depends on market price).
The third option: 50% buyback&burn, 50% sharedropping. In terms of our example 2,250,000 BTS and BTC equal to 250,000 BTS will be used for buyback&burn, and the same sum will be used for sharedropping.
OBITS holders are given the rights to decide what is the best way for OBITS. New voting initiative has already begun.
NB: Please note that as long as 70% of OBITS is not publicly available, the OBITS on the issuer accounts obits and ccedkbts will not be considered as part of any potential sharedropping, meaning only the amount also listed on Coinmarketcap as available supply will be taken into consideration at all times.
VOTING RUNS UNTILL OCTOBER 31st 2016 END OF THE DAY
Only current OBITS holders can take part in voting. Any and every holders of OBITS will receive an incoming payment of 1 BTS, sent from account obits-voting. In the memo field, each recipient will find their personal voting login and password.

I voted, I'm one of the larger stake holders, and that voting data was the same both before and after I voted (57 votes for sharedrop, 19 votes buyback and burn, 24 votes split). It never even factored in my vote.

I voted and it never counted it. I'm a pretty large share holder as well. The sent me a private message asking for details of my vote. Told them it didn't count my vote, but I never heard anything back on whether or not the issue was resolved.

Yea, I read your post. The system generated a login for each holder and you could not vote twice, so it should be possible to see if the numbers add up in the end.
I'm really not impressed about this whole asset business of OBITS and beyond and the governance doesn't seem very transparent either. I invested some and convinced family to invest too, but I'm about to pull out, if this sharedrop change doesn't go through. I'm loosing money after almost 1 year when every month the value was supposed to go up. It's ridiculous.

Why purchase Obits/BTC (https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/block/11892705) transaction took place a few hours ago, rather than December 2?
You stole my potential income, and my time I spent waiting for redemption on December 2 !!!
Why December 2nd ransom Obits/BTS (https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/block/11892705) = 442 200 instead 731 883?
I demand:
1) urgently brought into line with the statement ransom Obits now!
2) from the next month to make binding SHAREDROPP BTC and BTS instead of false BURN!!!
3) stop selling Obits privately (outside blokchain).
It is possible that the results of the vote (sharedropp (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19964.msg299979.html#msg299979)) were modified 2 day prior to the end completely the opposite (Burn (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19964.msg300070.html#msg300070)) is due to such sales (https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/block/10895644).
Actually,I think that sale of (especially private sale) by the issuer in private voting shares at the time of the vote - is nonsense!!!

Why was only 442200 BTS worth of Obits purchased? That was only 24,431 Obits... Where did the other 20,000 Obits that were burned come from?
I agree that their should be a sharedrop... I even voted for it, and I'm a fairly large stakeholder, and it never recorded my vote. Sharedropping is much more beneficial to the shareholders since the obits held by Openledger are excluded from the drop.
Unfortunately the support from Openledger is sketchy at best

the other option I could suggest is to buy OBITS.WARRANTS at the price of 0,10 USD bought in fiat or equivalent in any other crypto and then let me use this amount to buy back from market and burn it from existance, reducing overall supply and in the same time help drive up the price.

Anyone believing OBITS will become worth more than 0,26 BitUSD in 2017 is able to benefit from this offer as you pay only the price of 0,16 BitUSD for every OBITS you buy with 1 OBITS.WARRANT even if price is 0,5 or even one bitUSD any given time during 2017. OBITS has once again hit a record! Over $1.5 Million USD were raised during the OBITS WARRANTS AUCTION, held last Sunday. The entire supply of OBITS is now available for anyone to purchase. Voting options on OBITS will start on the first week of July, giving voters the choice of sharedrop, buyback or a 50% mix of sharedrop and buyback.
A snapshot on OBITS holders in the middle of July will define who will receive 5% of the supply of OCASH as a sharedrop. A similar snapshot on all OBITS holders will happen in the middle of each month for the next 4 months, so keep your friends close, and your OBITS closer.

451190 OBITS at 13.51 end price was sold in this July buyback amounting to a total of 5.864.799 BTS of which 10% approx 50 BTC was used in the btc market. This amount will now be burned as well. At today's price this is 1 280 071 USD value. One more reason why I will ask for a vote to change buyback to be in bitusd only. The recent drop in bts value did not allow us to make the maximum out of this buyback. IT could have been around 2 million USD value if I had not needed to change to bts. Based on my using of the borrowing option I do have some extra bts still sitting on obits account, and this amount will be used to buy back OBITS throughout the month of JULY, provided price will rise in this time, so a small added support of another 986 000 bts used as collateral is still on account. It was not needed to comply with what I change in value on June 25th after the auction.

This is a marked change from before, when it was 90% in BTS and 10% in BTC, and 100% buyback and burn.
