Title: Dose my vote count

Hi,

I vote to one of the worker proposals using the openledger wallet. 
The status change to: "Status: Supported"
But when I return to the voting page again the status is back to: "Status: Neutral"
Is it feature working?

Should click publish change button on the top and pay the fee.
