Title: New wallet with seed nodes built in ready for release?
Post by: ripplexiaoshan on January 04, 2014, 10:20:18 pm
Recently there have been more and more people asking the same question about syncing the wallet, when addnode doesn't resolve the problem, due to firewall or network ports setting. The new wallet with seed node built in has been proved very useful in this case. @Bytemaster mentioned it in this post:

However, the download link now is down. So I am wondering, why we don't just update the new version wallet to the official website?

Thanks

I agree, no idea why 0.2.0 is still on protoshares.com, instead of 0.4.0

Pull requests like for this kind of thing are welcome.

The latest client was down due to the flood of Keyhotee downloads.  Super3 is on it :)
