Title: Celebrating the First Shareholders-approved Change in the Crypto Land

The Bitshares Community has made history today. 

Not only did it elect its Committee Members successfully, it becomes the first Bitcoin 2.0 blockchain to have its proposal (proposal code 1.10.15) passed - unanimously by all its members (excluding the non-human inits)!

This is a significant moment for all of us. 

Congratulations everyone!  It is time to celebrate!

vesting balances (for lifetime members) was set up to 2m BTS to prevent withdrawing until the nasty bug with it is fixed.
