Title: Qora v0.24.0 Released

No binaries yet, should be soon.

The v0.24.0 release includes the following updates:

    Replaced external Ed25519 C libraries to pure Java code
    Optimized Wallet Synchronization
    Faster implementation of Base58
    UTF-8 support for arbitrary transactions
    Revision of Asset Exchange
    Block Explorer Transactions Filter
    Removed Block Explorer boost
    Delete owned unconfirmed transactions
    Hashtags and mentions for blog
    API for messaging service
    Updated third-party libraries
    Minor optimizations and bug fixes

Open source, not a clone, great project with good people working on it. Buy the dips and HODL.
