Title: Does FMV/Vote just require a BitShares install to run, or is Vote DAC required

Hi, does FollowMyVote/Vote just require a BitShares server to interface with, or is 'Vote DAC' a requirement? Which I figure is still being developed?

It will use the Bitshares blockchain, that's about all we know.

So I guess the answer is yes, only thing needed is access to a bitshares server. There is no VOTE DAC if what you mean by that is a separate blockchain.

Though there maybe a middleware to manage indices more efficiently and hide other bts feature from voters
