The leverage is 1.5-1.9
The short funding market pool investor have a standard 0.02%-0.05% earning. If the pool help fund more short the have more earning. Those people only holding stable currency CEUSD bitAsset can't forced settlement can only request global settlement. Global settlement need 2 thing too happen over 51% of CEUSD request settlement and short funding market pool not helping the short, settlement take crypto equity. CEUSD asset can only give you ensure things go bad you can take back your face value. Those people holding CEUSD and the contract can forced settlement can only take the contract value only if short funding market pool help cover automatically the fund go back to the pool.
