Title: From Bitcoin/PTS presales how to import

There is no interface on how to claim balance using the presale private key from bitcoin and wallet.dat from PTC. How to import from non-json file?

You should import PTS private key into BitShares 0.9.3c, when follow regular instruction:

No, but you don't need to sync with the network, only import private key and export keys in json format.
