Title: Question IUA (change)decimals
Post by: ronald on December 16, 2015, 02:00:31 pm
I created an asset with 4 decimals (1,000) but didn't ISSUED it. I want to update that asset and change it into zero decimals (1).

Questions:
1. Can you issue an asset without decimals?  so (1) instead of (1,0 or 1,00)
2. Can you update this field, if you have not issued the asset yet? I see no field in the "update asset" screen for this. Is that correct

Precision can indeed be ZERO although there might be a bug in the gui that prevents users from using "0" as input ..
However, AFAIR, precision cannot be changed after the asset has been created ..

cou should be able to see all options that you can change by clicking the "update asset" botton on the right side of the asset

Yea precision can't be changed after creation, it can only be set when you create the asset.

You can set precision to 0 on creation though AFAIK.
