That's a nice piece of infrastructure, great find!

Not sure how useful it is for BitShares in general. It would be useful to access streaming media tho, so for example might be useful to push witness and light client binaries. Also integrating video help into OL or the web wallet. Of course, the content has to be there in torrent form first.

What is great about this is it's focus on decentralization, and it's using my favorite scripting language :)
