Title: Is there a collateral Bond Marketplace?

Hi I wonder if Bitshares has a CBM where users can read and trade these bonds.

We don't have it yet but we plan to have them eventually. Some details need to be worked out first not to screw anyone since we are talking decentralized P2P bonds here ..

I know there were some issues raised because of that, but I recall someone suggesting doing it Polo style, that it could be easier or at least, have less issues?
