Title: why cancel order with fee? even back the fee create order ?

why cancel order with fee? even back the fee create order ?
it is unreasonable totally ,      create order and cancel order both would write on block-chain ?
what are you really think ?  no fee would make block-chain expand!

no fee would make block-chain expand!
no fee would make block-chain expand!
no fee would make block-chain expand!
no fee would make block-chain expand!
no fee would make block-chain expand!

0.001 BTS fee per cancelation is not going to hurt ANYONE, except spammers

Yes, they both need to end up on the blockchain.

I don`t think 0.001BTS is enough  1BTS can create 2000 operation ,   10000BTS can create 20,000,000 operation ,
it is should same as transfer fee.  and reduce the transfer fee .

We need lower fees so that market maker bots can sustain.
We need higher fees to prevent spam.
We need a balance.
