Title: Introducing Cryptonomex International (CNI)
Post by: Stan on February 22, 2016, 07:20:29 pm
Introducing Cryptonomex International

Cryptonomex (CNX), a Delaware company based in Blacksburg, Virginia is pleased to announce the first of several new Joint Ventures.

Cryptonomex, International (CNI) will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands as an independent consulting and engineering services company for blockchain applications leveraging multiple leading technologies and providing training, local governance, and regulatory compliance services.

CNI will be cofounded by CEO Manuela Krull-Mancinelli (http://tiny.cc/waev7x) and CFO Ronald Kramer (http://tiny.cc/78dv7x) who are seasoned experts in Finance and IT. They will be bringing strong business development expertise, contacts and resources to the task of proliferating blockchain technology and the global Cryptonomex brand.   Some of our best known European forum heroes have already joined in the ground-floor founding activities.

Manuela and Ronald will leverage Cryptonomex expertise and focus on finding investors, clients and partners for new blockchain applications.  This will be good for BitShares because it will bring in more development funds for our tech base, more potential users for Graphene based platforms, and more big name partners to help build the global brand.

So, what does this mean to you?

•   If you are a talented developer (or team) looking for full or part time employment, CNI wants to know all about you.

•   If you have a mature idea looking for funding, CNI may want to team with you to find funding for your project.

•   If you have funding and are looking for good investments, CNI will be preparing a portfolio of ready-to-go projects ranging from small but lucrative Fee Backed Assets (FBA) to full-scale startup companies.

•   If you have a funded idea and are looking for someone with the skills to implement it, CNI can put a team together to make it happen on a contract basis.

•   If you are a steely-eyed BitsharesHODLer, you finally have a funded group of full time professionals looking to leverage the Graphene ecosystem and to create synergies with other leading communities.

•   If you have a nose for business leads and the ability to refer potential clients to us on commission, CNI would love to have you out there scouring the globe for opportunities.

•   And if you just wanted more decentralization and professionalism in the management and marketing of BitShares and the Blockchain Universe Writ Large, grab some popcorn and a cold beer!

Meanwhile, Bytemaster and the original Virginia team of Core Developers at CNX will serve as an independent common technology laboratory for CNI and other startups on our drawing board.  They will be working on new breakthroughs and serving as mentors and reinforcements to the new profit centers that CNI will be incubating.

As a certain well-known McFly once said, "History is gonna change."

I guess my questions are all about the last point. Marketing and Management.

CNX or CNI in this case, is a complete separated identity from BitShares, but does BitShares now have a chance at a better marketing? I don't mean go out and advertise it like crazy but, assume your company develops a good feature (stealth, zero fees, etc), do you think now you will be able to make the most out of those positive situations? Or at least, the the potential new advertisement of CNX/CNI will benefit BitShares? And PR wise?

I'm always excited about the possible connections, contacts and resources every partner has but I guess that is asking too much. Hope you can at least answer this question.  - from the eyes of other crypto users - doesn't have a good reputation, so I think having partnerships with other crypto companies could help develop a better image for BitShares. Does any of your new partners have good relationships in the crypto industry? Any known companies working in this industry?

One last question. Was this the reason why CNX said they would develop some features free of charge?

The lesson learned about BitShares is that it is a platform that needs to be marketed to application developers who in turn market their application to consumers.  CNI will be working on both halves, which in turn should benefit BitShares.

We have effectively formed two independent companies each focused on what they can do best.

- CNX will focus on technical innovation and new ventures.
- CNI will focus on brand development and technology proliferation.

To the extent that these activities bring resources, applications, attention and users to BitShares we all benefit.

Bytemaster's free feature offer had nothing to with CNI.
CNI will announce their own propositions and initiatives.

I think this brings us to something like six independent organizations able to do development for BitShares.

There aren't many chains can make that claim.

Back on track: I have met both, Manuela and Ronald in Amsterdam. It's been the main motivation for me to go there from the beginning.
We have had quite some nice talking about how to bring CNX/CNI and BTS more exposure.

For those that cannot read between the lines: I will be a part of CNI as a technical consultant and also contribute as business developer.

That is also what we did during d10e in Amsterdam. I had quite some talks with businesses, investors and others and usually started of telling them about
our toolkit to deploy blockchains (graphene) and quickly told them why they shouldn't deploy their own chain (shared user base etc).
In the end, most have been very excited already when I told them about market pegged assets. After telling them about turing completeness, confirmation
times, FBA, and 0-fee transfers most went crazy.

In short, we have an awesome product, we just need to start selling it to people and that is what I plan to do.

I can ensure that Xeroc did a great job at the d10e. He was constantly arranging private talks with great people from various industries to explain them all the benefits of BitShares. It was great to meet Xeroc personally in Amsterdam.

I am looking forward to the successful future of CNI. Amsterdam is a great spot to start Blockchain business.

There was a 5 page thread trying to get these anti-diluters to explain how they expect BTS to win without dilution at this point. I never saw an answer.

So then people come out of the woodwork and want to partner with BTS and we hear the same negativity.

Until someone asks for money or for changes to BTS, there is no reason to be negative publicly.

It really is completely insane and this is coming from a NEGATIVE person.

Representative democracy was invented thousands years ago. We still have it today. Everybody, who is not educated or informed enough, is welcomed to select well educated and well informed proxy :)
