Title: Newbie restrictions

Should we "ban" new registered users from posting on the main forum and sending PMs?

Or maybe hide the economic section for anonymous users and newbies with less then 10 posts?

Guest users? It is ok letting guest know we have trading boards. We should be able to notice the IDs like "favdesu." while they are posting 20 posts.
