Title: bitshares-light 2.0.160217 ----- "Failed to create account..."

I downloaded BitShares-light 2.0.160217 and tried to create a new account.  I input an account name and password, then when I hit "create account" I get the following:

Failed to create account:
kingslanding9999 - 0 exception:
unspecified 10 assert_exception: Assert Exception itr->get_balance() >= -delta:
Insufficient Balance: openledger's balance of 3.72320 BTS is less than required 95.31054 BTS
etc....

Is this a problem for Bitshares Light or openledger?

Is this a problem for Bitshares Light or openledger?

Looks like OpenLedger is running out of funds. @ccedk? @valzav ? OL can simply claims some funds from the cash back object.

Similar problem here:

Insufficient Balance: openledger's balance of 1.02903 BTS is less than required 14.82883 BTS {"a":"openledger","b":"1.02903 BTS","r":"14.82883 BTS"} th_a db_balance.cpp:73

What is the solution?
