Title: bitshares locked in bter?

HI does anyone have any bts coins in bter exchange?   

Are your coins locked also?  They won't let me withdraw.   Any body know how to unfreeze the coins to move them out?  Unfortunately I don't type in chinese to ask for help on there.

Theyve been locked for 6 months.  Bter often traded at a 30-50% discount as a result.

Can any of our kind Chinese speaking members  put in a good word to Bter to unlock our coins.      That would be great. Not that we want to sell, we want to be able to move them over to our bts wallets .
