Title: why? Genesis vesting balances may not be claimed more than once per day.

What is this design for?
Why can't I claim all my balance just for once?
Everyday I can only claim a little part of my balance. It will take me years to claim the whole balance.
Is the purpose to force us to open the wallet everyday?

On Nov 5th you can claim it all.

No need to do it every day. The longer you wait, the more you can claim at once.
