you can create you owner forecast like sport score ,  Stock up or down ,lottery   earthquake etc .
and how to create a forecast

1.first create a self-platform ,

Self Plateform test chain realse now
I am busy on write code ,but I want to give a brief description about Self Plateform
1. What is Self Plateform?
         Self Plateform is new block-china base on Graphene, everyone can create his owner application using strategy,
2.what is strategy?
         strategy is a high abstract from a typical of applications .
3.when you start to develop the new chain ?
         I started  to develop this new chain about six months  ago?
4. what strategy was finished on new chain ?
         a forecast strategy was finished now .
5. how to test the new chain
you can downland the test wallet and start it

When I open the web wallet ,I got:

please make sure your browser is not in private/incognito mode .

My openledger.info is fine，but other web wallets all failed。
