As CCEDK is preparing to launch ICOO, the first project that will be a focus of the token’s energy will be DAOHub. ICOO is held up as a new kind of fund that will invest in future ICOs and create “proxy tokens” for them. These which allow users to trade the new project on OpenLedger in the period before the official launch.
As with other new projects, it is understood that a proportion of ICOO assets are reserved for OBITS, which Boesing describes as a “catch-all asset” representing all current and future initiatives in the CCEDK network.

· 20% of designated revenues will be used for the payment of monthly dividends / or as buyback of OBITS and consequently burned.

Total # of tokens created: There is not a fixed number of ICOO tokens, the total volume of ICOO tokens created at the end of ICOO based on incoming payment define the total volume of ICOO tokens in circulation.
Premine/contributor pool: None. The only ICOO tokens in circulation will be the ones created during the time of ICO.
Total tokens created over time: No further ICOO tokens are created over time through any automated means. There is no 'mining' involved in ICOO as the security of its token is already guaranteed by the security of the underlying BitShares network.
Exchanges: OpenLedger is the initial platform where ICOO will be traded.
Badge Program: OpenLedger users who participate in ICOO associated crowdsales and pledge 15 Bitcoin or more will receive badges that grant special privileges on the OpenLedger platform. Currencies Accepted: During crowdsales, pledgers will be able to use any currency that is available on OpenLedger to participate. All ICOs will list prices in Bitcoin, and any other currencies used will be liquidated to Bitcoin to prevent value loss over the course of the crowdsale.
CCEDK ICO Handling Fee: CCEDK will charge %1 on ICO sales. Ratio of ICO sales through CCEDK will be 1.01:1 (OpenLedger token vs. external token).
CCEDK Pre-Launch Token Commission: Pre-launch ICO tokens that are being sold through CCEDK but not hosted by OpenLedger will have 5% commission go toward CCEDK team for their work associated with implementing the ICO token to OpenLedger. Ratio of pre-launch sales through CCEDK will be 1.05: (OpenLedger token vs. Pre-launch token) CCEDK reserves the right to temporarily reduce pre-launch trading fees at any time.
OpenLedger Commission: OpenLedger trading commission will be %0.1. The ratio of OpenLedger tokens trading to the external token will be 1:1.
Liquidity of ICO funds: Any funds taken in through ICOO will be accessible immediately to CCEDK team to use with public record of the transaction with explanation of expense or investment. This is what I know about Chris Bates:
1. When asked to assist in writing the scripts for more of our videos he stepped in and did a great job
2. When asked to assist in making my presentations more fluent and clear in presentation and structure, he stepped and did a great job
3. When asked to create the pre ann thread of ICOO, as well as present with its structure and well presented text and body content, he stepped in and did a great job, a job also recommended elsewhere in this thread.
I have known him in 2016 only, and in this time I have only known him for a great guy helping out as much as possble whenever there was a need for help in presenting a text with structure in as fluent and articulate english as possible.
In this time I have known him, he has never asked for anything, I have been the one offering him something for his work whenever I felt it was time to show my appreciation, and same way when I was deciding to add an advisory boeard to the project, all in all he has been humble in so many ways, and I thought it adequate to ask if he could have an interest in this, simply because I felt he had contributed in getting this project in the air so to speak.
I have learned to know him not only by name but also by face and in person, and in a way where he has managed to deliver whenever expected, and in so many ways a good guy.
I am sorry to experience about his past on this thread and what it has created as fud, and I am sorry it has managed to put focus away from what is important in this thread.
Chris has decided to step down and leave the project for the sake of the project, and I thank him for the work he has done. It is greatly appreciated.
Personally I believe that the Bitland project and its cadastrals have great potential, it is a big project and I wish it all the success possible, it seems however that due to it still being in its early phase and still represented as an ICO itself, it may have been premature to consider this as part of the ICOO structure, and this part of the profit distribution has therefore been removed for now and its part has instead been added to the ICOO holders as part of the buyback and burn, and I hope perhaps in the near future a vote from the ICOO holders will allow it a place inside once again.

Paolo Rebuffo has agreed to join the advisory board again, and wil be available to answer questions to the general concept and idea behind this project, as it was initially an idea born by him and presented to me in one of our many talks on how to bring added value to the decentralized exchange OpenLedger, and exchange built on top of the BTS 2.0 platform.

I believe the asset ICOO as well as the already available assets OBITS and BTSR will all become vital parts of an ever increasing amount of ecosystems, where each of them can live and thrive on their own on the Decentralized Conglomerate OpenLedger, but more importantly they will all become so much more succesful when interacting and supporting eachother with crosspromotion in so many different ways.
The great many possibilities to add value to Openledger and its ecosystems, of which the present ones are only the first of many future projects involved in this never ending story of constant progress and innovation. It is a movie not served as a trilogy for perfect understanding, but more of a long night box office monster hit with an ending of 5D dimensions where each participant plays an active part in the final outcome.
I believe in the future as being one where all is working from the core and out, and it goes for the DC itself as well as each ecosystem represented as well, and the BTS platform is a perfect place as the foundation for such an interesting goal as the platform itself has been created with the very purpose of unlimited possibilities of development on top of it.
I have said it many times, and will say it again. With the great many possibilities at hand "The sky is the limit"

The ICOO token will be released for general trading at the end of tier 1 of its ICO schedule which started May 20th. Tier 1 will finish tomorrow Wednesday at 20.00 (6 pm UTC) Tier 2 will then take off with 925 tokens per every 1 BTC.

We are posting on all forums, adding as we go, so yes we are trying this best way possible.
It is hard to see the little interest and support from bts community itself even through this project stands to bring so much future traffic to bts platfom as a whole and ofcourse with OpenLedger on top, but to somehow not think of this as having any interest to the growing of BTS use I think it's a bit strange.
I am happy to see the Chinese and Japanese community is picking up on this project and could only hope the rest of the bts community starts to look into this as well, as it stands to benefit all longterm with an increased demand for bts when using the network, thus pushing teh bts price up eventually. It is all a matter of time.
Already now we can see an approximate 90 user signup a day which is great since we had half this 3-4 months ago.
Some people pak too much about m bing involvd in too many projects at the same time, but being involvd in these projects all lead to one common goal.
Its like watching a trilogy, me as the author knows the important aspect in each episode, and although they can be watched separately, you need to watch all three for complete understanding.
In the case of OpenLedger preented as as decentralized conglomerate we are writing history every time we add an ecoystem as there are no previou examples to compare with, and all of these ecosystems are created for each their own eparate purpose and can all work independently but will all benefit the maximum by cross promoting eachother until infinity.
Thats right, the amount of ecosystems to be added to the DC is infinite and the growth and what it can all hold is also infinite and the more active ecosystems added, the quicker and scaled growth allover.
I any case we have still a month to go, and soon ICOO will be promoted with to separate arrticles on maxkeiser, as well as IHB with both you are in control video as wll as the ICOO one, and we have it on another site as well.
So this is to all the bts community not understanding this project, please do speak up and let us explain. I do not expect anyone to buy into ICOO if they dont feel for it, but would have expected more comments and overall interest in this considerig the potential of added valu to the bts platform.
We are not yest actively creating worker proposals to add some extra value to BTS ecosystem, as we wish to show the involvement and the added values we do an perform ourselves first and prior to this.
I think it is so much easier to have a uniform agreement on something if you have something to compare with in the first place, and hope to offer one in near future after we have added voting system and some few other tasks first.

Tier 2 has come to an end with a total reach so far of some 330 BTC. Tier 3 is extended and with it the ICOO to now include July as well.

The extension is done for the following reasons:
1. It will allow the recently mentioned ICO prelaunch still not annonced by name to gain traction and to become perfect usecase for the ICOO concept to be explained through real life activity.
2. It will allow further usecases to be included for an overall understandiong by the introduction of another 1-2 ICO prelaunches in July

NXT amount owned by ICOO made available for trading on OpenLedger via Ardor tokens
The amount of 222,988 NXT has been purchased for the sole purpose of offering traders and speculators interested in trading a cryptocurrency prelaunch an option to do so, and we are able on OpenLedger to do so with the help of the Crowdfunding token ICOO.
What ICOO offers is the token ARDR of Ardor which is a new project and platform of NXT. The tokens are offered 1:1 as an added token to the amount held in NXT from the time of first snapshot today July 14th and the last one October 12th.
ICOO offers the amount of 222 988 OPEN.ARDR tokens backed by the equvalent amount of NXT held at the below ICOO account.
It means that ICOO will keep this amount locked at least untill final snapshot. Any profits achieved from selling the OPEN.ARDR will be fully added to the monthly ICOO profit distribution. It means basically that any profits achieved from selling ARDR on OpenLedger from now on untill October will be considered pure profit, and since it is achieved without any ICO it is not a product for subscription as such, the ICOO holders will however be able to buy into an inital amount of 22 988, leaving the remaining 200 000 to be added to the markets on OpenLedger where a demand is considered the highest.
OPEN.ARDR will be added to OpenLedger from July 18th, and therefore also only possible to trade from that time. An announcement will be made at this time also.
The mentioned 22 988 ARDR are offered to the 10 ICOO asset holders with the highest bid per 1 OPEN.ARDR in BTC valuation(although paid on OL as OPEN.BTC) sent in memo to the official OpenLedger account: ardor

I'm an happy Icoo investor but i missed the Ardor due to Eth and Dao focus... and I did not really understood things on time... I mean Icoo pre-trade for Ardor is kind difficult to understand for an poloniex experience basic user... I really wish to trade more on openLedger because of Poloniex recurrant lags but as others, the move is not yet Done... keep the best !

OpenLedger's Apptrade Token Crowdsale Start Date Changed To February 28th 2017

OpenLedger's team has managed to get a good amount of extra partners involved and to allow them all to benefit of the time to introduce Apptrade to their network, it has been decided to move the start date of the Apptrade token crowdsale to February 28th 2017.
It is furthermore perhaps an interesting side note that Apptrade (https://www.apptrade.io/) is presented as a part of OpenLedger (https://openledger.info/), a company registered in Denmark under the name Apptrade Aps will be created prior to launch of platform at the latest, with both Apptrade LLC and OpenLedger ApS as owners. OpenLedger ApS will be the beneficiary of all funds collected and will make sure in co-operation with the designated escrow partners that funds are released for Apptrade to use according to set milestones.
As a last part of the news, all Apptrade sponsors will receive not only the mastertoken after a one year vesting period, they will also receive an option to buy OBITS in the form of a warrant as well as a warrant for the mastertoken, both warrants to be distributed and possibly traded from second week of crowdsale. An app portfolio is represented by digital tokens, which are created on the OpenLedger DEX. Royalty streams are secured as cryptoassets on the bitshares blockchain. “Without the need of a middleman, users can trade these tokens on the OpenLedger with other market participants directly. They can withdraw token value via fiat gateways, or they can be traded along with market pegged assets which are also hallmarks of OpenLedger's trading platform.”, explained Boesing.
Portfolios are managed by the app creators, they can vote on which apps they want to team up with. Sponsors looking for cash flow from app portfolios are also entitled to a vote, and may be interested in acquiring the intellectual property of a proven app that stands out from the rest of the portfolio.
"Apptrade’s mobile app professionals will work with portfolio sponsors and publishers to screen apps for quality, value, and potential. If a developer feels they have an inventory of digital goods that can justify their own portfolio launch, we would welcome it.” Boesing explains.
Boesing sees the portfolios as a better way to "test drive" a collection of apps, before committing to an acquisition. “Having tokens and a transparent ledger where the flow of value can be seen, it improves trust between otherwise competing interests. Everyone can see who is ‘playing by the portfolio rules’ of making their payment towards the pool.”
Apptrade will be raising funds through the sale of a master token on the 28th February 2017, for those who are after a slice of the whole pie. Each portfolio is setting aside 10% of their liquidity reserves to back the Apptrade master token (APPX). Each portfolio will manage their own token reserve.

The amount of 6.09 BTC, out of a total amount of 15.44 BTC allocated for normal monthly distribution, was sent out today to ICOO holders who are able to take part in the riseofbitcoin value, and with that, the similar rise in most well established altcoins and assets out there.
